Episode begins with Purvi recalls Sakshi’s words of becoming a mother again to save Manas’s life. Virendra tells her that he is not understanding that how much they has to suffer more. He says to her that he don’t know that what he should do because he is stuck between her and Manas’s life. Sakshi apologizes to Purvi and tells her that as a mother she don’t have any other choice. She pleads her to save Manas and she knows that it’s not easy for the latter but it’s about Manas’s life. She promises to leave with her child once Manas recovers completely.
Purvi tells her that she needs time to think. Sakshi tells her that she can understand the latter’s situation but Manas don’t have much time and asks her to take decision within a day. Anjali overhears their conversation and asks herself that now whom Purvi will choose. She tells everything to Prakashi. Prakashi tells her that if Sakshi got pregnant with Virendra’s child then Purvi’s game is over in the palace. She says to her that she knows that Purvi will choose Manas.
Meanwhile, Doctor discharges Manas and tells his family to take the decision soon because medicines are temporary solution only. After some time, Virendra makes Manas lay on the bed and leaves the room. Manas tells Purvi that he knows that he is going to die but he don’t want to die. She tells him that she won’t let anything happen to him and asks him to get some rest. Sakshi overhears their conversation.

Prakashi tells Sakshi that the latter is really lucky that’s why she is going to get Virendra back. Anjali reminds Sakshi about the latter’s fight night. Sakshi gets angry and slaps her and warns to throw her out of palace if the latter talked like this again then. She asks her that how can the latter make fun of this situation. She tells her to try to understand her and Purvi’s pain. She warns them to not utter a word against Purvi and leaves from there. Purvi overhears their conversation.
Later, Purvi recalls the moments she shared with Virendra and also Sakshi’s words. Virendra comes there and sits beside her and holds her hand. He tells her that he can understand that how she is feeling right now and he will support her decision no matter what so there is no pressure from his side. He says to her that he knows that her decision will be right for everyone. She hugs him and thinks that she knows that he won’t leave her in any situation. Sakshi sees them and thinks that she knows that Purvi will choose Manas and she got another chance to get Virendra back.
After some time, Sakshi tries to get close to Virendra and tells him that it’s not wrong because they are doing this for Manas. Purvi sees them and tells Virendra that he should have waited for her decision. Sakshi tells her that they knows the latter’s decision. Purvi tells her that she will give birth to the latter and Virendra’s child which shocks everyone.
