Niyati goes to Abhimanyu in the room asking if he is fine, he says she should not talk with him anymore because he doesnot want to talk with her, she asks what has she done, Abhimanyu asks her to not act as if she doesnot know anything because no one was able to catch him for the past six months but because of her he is locked up in chains for the past six hours, she acts to be sweet but in reality she is very cruel.
Niyati exclaims she believes there is a reason for every meeting but she also believes in what eh said about Niyati and fate so maybe this was the reason they both met as he was supposed to get the treatment because of her as she considers him to be a friend, Abhimanyu explains he told her that he cannot live like this in a room,
while being locked up, Niyati mentions there is no reason to live in a condition like this, she will make sure he doesnot have to live like this, Niyati makes him promise that he will not run away if they let him loose, Abhimanyu agrees when Niyati also recites a poem after which he requests her to open the shackles.
Niyati opening the door asks Dr Aanad for the key to the shackles as they need to open them however he refuses saying that Abhimanyu cannot be trusted, hearing this he starts getting an attack meanwhile Niyati requests the doctor to allow her as she believes Abhimanyu would not run away, they know this as he has trusted her,
Dr Aanad gives her the keys, Niyati goes to open the shackles but as she turns around Abhimanyu starts crushing her neck, she starts suffocating the entire family rushes inside, when Saira calls Sulochana informing her of the entire situation, she drops the cup in despair and starts crying.

Abhimanyu doesnot let Niyati go, Manorama also asks him to do so but he doesnot listen, Dr Aanad prepares an injection and injects Abhimanyu with it, he then gets unconscious and the workers place him on the bed, Dr Aanad helps Niyati to sit down, he then reveals how he told them all it was not right to let Abhimanyu loose but they did not listen to him and have now seen the result of it,
he asks Dr Sharma to not try any more experiment as he is a psychiatrist and everything will go as per his directions, Niyati mentions she knows he is a doctor while she is just a nurse but she ahs understood Abhimanyu in the past few days and knows he was not wrong, Dr Aanad asks her to explain, she reveals he was constantly saying that they must not keep him in a single room as he feels suffocated but they did the same and this caused him to lose his temper, but if they had listened to him from the start nothing like this would have happened, Dr Anand leaves advising the workers to never leave the side of Abhimanyu and if anything happens then they should call him.
Saira receives a call and informs Niyati that her parents have arrived and are waiting in the cabin of Dr Anand, Niyati wonders who called them, Dr Anand mentions he was the one who handled the situation otherwise who knows what might have happened, Niyati enters asking what happened, Sulochana at once asks if she is fine,
Niyati agrees even when her father also asks Niyati to not go near Abhimanyu because it is a risk for her life, Dr Anand assures them that he will not let anything happen to her but they must come and sit down, Sulochana thanks Saira, Niyati says why did she also call her parents asking if Dr Aanad was not enough, Saira explains she got scared so called her parents.
Manaroma is with her brother who asks her to see how well Niyati handled Abhimanyu today and she is the only one who can take care of the situation so she must be on this case, Manaroma asks how they will do it since he already tried to kill Niyati, but her brother says that she must be on the case, Manaroma agrees.
Niyati’s father exclaims that it would wrong for a father to not do anything even when he knows there is something wrong so she must promise him to not go near Abhimanyu, Dr Anand also assures him that nothing wrong would happen to her because he will also take care of her as a friend, even Sulochana makes Niyati promise that she will not do anything wrong.
Sulochana along with her husband and Dr Aanad are walking when he apologizes to Niyati for interfering in her job but explains that it is really difficult for a parent to see their children in trouble, she must promise him that she will not do anything like this ever again, he even invites Dr Anand to come and visit their house with his parents as it has been a long time, Sulochana mentions that she will also make the halwa which he likes, Dr Aanad assures he will come as he is big fan of her cooking, Manaroma standing on the stairs sees Niyati’s father talking to her, she is however shocked to see his face and leaves. Dr Aanad also instructs Niyati to get back to work.
Manorama is thinking of a pas night, Niyati is calling her from behind but she doesnot respond to her calls, Niyati is forced to stop her by coming at her front, Manorama mentions she was thinking of something else, Niyati explains she can understand as it is difficult for a parent to see their child in illness, she explains that her parents came and they want her to stay away from this case but she must not worry as she will talk with them but Manaroma mentions she also desires the same for Niyati so if her parents do not want her near Abhimanyu then she must not come,
Manorama leaves her, Niyati is also shocked, Manaroma going out sit on the sofa, she is really tensed, she is constantly thinking of the past events and how Abhimanyu only listens to Niyati, she is not able to keep her balance when her brother helps her asking if she is fine, she assures but then he says he will get water, she explains she just got a headache,
he asks if she has talked with the doctor and have they agreed to keep her on the case Manaroma replies they will not have Abhimanyu treated in this hospital and must have him shifted because if this doesnot happen then it will create a lot of problems. Manaroma is walking when her brother says she was constantly trying to get him treated in a reputed hospital but now is herself not ready for it,
Dr Anand walks into the room with Dr Sharma when they are shocked to see Abhimanyu is not present, Manaroma also calls him, meanwhile the doctors try to search for him but are not able to find him, Dr Aanad questions where have everyone gone, he calls the ward boy and they all try to search for Abhimanyu, Dr Anand orders for all the doors to be closed. Saira comes to Niyati, but she refuses to even listen about Abhimanyu, Saira exclaims that he has run away from the hospital. Niyati is shocked to hear it.
