Episode starts with Saaransh and Ruhi look through Preesha. They goes to washroom. In the mean time, Rudraksh beat Armaan in the mood for deceiving Preesha about his illness. He asks him that where is Preesha now. Armaan lets him know that he got back to Delhi following a year and how he realizes that where is Preesha now. He adds Preesha didn’t answered his calls and messages. Rudraksh says that he realizes that Preesha left him as a result of the last option. Armaan imagines like he didn’t know about that.
Rudraksh requests that he quit acting. Armaan lets him know that he left for US for his treatment. Furthermore, he got back to Delhi for the wellbeing of Pihu. He adds that he can’t really accept that that Preesha left Rudraksh. Rudraksh asks him to don’t mess around. He says that he won’t leave him in the event that he got to realize that his US story is phony, and leaves from that point. Armaan imagines that Rudraksh shouldn’t see Preesha.
