Aditi is seen walking towards a hill at the beginning of the episode. Gagan had told her that he would never leave her and would spend his entire life with her. Aditi is upset. She recalls Geetanjali telling her that Gagan was using her. Aditi is about jump off the hill, but someone saves. Aditi is saved by Sandhya.
She asks Aditi for food, but Aditi isn’t in the room. Aditi seems to be in the bathroom. Aditi doesn’t answer her call so she asks. Aditi is saved by this woman. She asks why she committed suicide. Aditi tells Aditi about Gagan. She says that he had cheated on Aditi and now her family wants her to marry a boy she does not know.
Aditi is asked by the lady if her family knows that she is present. She declines. Simar is looking for Aditi. Sandhya calls Simar to ask where she is. Simar lies to Sandhya that Aditi was brought to the parlor. Sandhya requests her to return home as soon as possible. Simar also approaches the hill and calls Aditi. Aditi is just about to call her, but the woman gives Aditi an injection that causes her to faint.
Aditi is being taken by the woman and put in a car. Simar spots them. Simar stops an auto and asks the driver to follow her. She finally arrives at a strange location. Aditi is unable to come here, she thinks. She then notices the exact same car there. Aditi is the one she wants to save. Aarav is just about to call her, but she switches off her phone.

Simar believes that Aditi must be saved by herself. She then puts on a man’s clothing and looks at Aditi. Simar is just about to be noticed by the woman, but Simar runs away from there. Aditi is then found. Geetanjali then asks Gajendra for a call from Dilip to ask him where he is. The function will begin in one hour.
Sandhya prays for Simar and Aditi to be sent home by God as soon as possible. Aditi meets Simar here. Aditi is awake, but Simar sees her eyes open. This makes her feel scared. She was unsure what to do next. She then sees a sharp object, and she tries to help Aditi return to her senses. Simar is let out by a man just then.
